Context is key
In today’s hospitals, patient information is fragmented across systems, notes, scans, and reports. Critical context is buried in unstructured data, and current (medical) AI solutions mostly come in two forms: isolated point solutions or chat-based assistants, neither of which solves the real challenge. We are building something fundamentally different.
We started in oncology
Since our early days, we have been working closely with the Netherlands Cancer Institute (NKI-AVL) to build AI-powered workflows for complex tasks like first consultations and tumor tracking. As these solutions matured, we saw similar needs everywhere in healthcare.
Now we're building a multidisciplinary clinical AI assistant
For each patient, the assistant brings together multimodal clinical context and prepares clinicians for key moments — like consults and multidisciplinary meetings — by generating structured artifacts that evolve over time. This patient workspace is agentic by design: the agent assembles, updates, and reasons over context, while clinicians steer and validate. The goal is simple: reduce cognitive load and keep clinicians focused on informed decisions.
